I'm sharing the challenges I faced with my KDP account suspension and reinstatement.
The issue stemmed from alleged copyright infringement in my coloring books about Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day, leading to two suspensions in a short span.
To protect my work, I consulted a trademark attorney, using KDP profits to copyright my entire body of work.
Reflecting on the experience, I stress the importance of understanding content guidelines and express consideration for creating a course on trademark and copyright tactics.
